O’Brien-Hurson Ticket Endorsed by Southern Maryland Fraternal Order of Police Organizations

La Plata, Md. (July 10, 2030) – Gov. Edward M. O’Brien stopped by Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 24 in La Plata today to pick up re-election endorsements from all three Southern Maryland police organizations. The O’Brien-Hurson ticket was formally endorsed tonight by the local Fraternal Orders of Police of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s County.

“This is important to me, this support, this endorsement,” Governor O’Brien told the 12 executive board members of the fraternal police organizations from Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's counties who gathered at the La Plata lodge Wednesday night. “There is nothing more important than being safe in our communities. You and I have worked together over these last four years to make our communities safer, and I look forward to continuing that record of progress, that strong partnership, for the next four years.”
