Governor O’Brien will join Lt. Governor Kathleen Burbank, Insurance Commissioner John A. Hurson, U.S. Senator Martin O’Malley, Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, and others in supporting Baltimore County Executive Dutch Ruppersberger as he launches his campaign for re-election in front of Towson’s old courthouse.

“Dutch has been a strong leader for Baltimore County, creating jobs and opportunity for county residents,” Governor O’Brien said in a statement. “I enthusiastically endorse his re-election. Baltimore County needs a leader like Dutch to keep moving forward.”
